Exchange/Return Policy

Every product of Sanjana’s Style Lab is designed and curated with utmost care & attention to quality. Our in-house design team makes sure that each piece is made to perfection and each product must go through a quality check before it leaves our doorstep. Hence, we would request you to take your time to go through our product details and size chart before purchasing any item.

However, if you receive a product that was damaged during the transit, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days’ time. We will make sure to replace it with a fresh piece or fix the damage. Shipping cost upto Rs.250/- will be refunded for your shipping (Slip Required)

In an unlikely case of damaged product, we request you to contact our team through the CONTACT US page and our amazing team will guide you through the process.

If for any reason if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can courier it back to us (cost of courier has to be paid by the buyer) and we will offer you store credit for the full amount. You can redeem this credit within 1 month of your exchange with us. Provided the piece is returned to us within a week of delivery.

Eligible for Return

• The product must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
• The product should be in its original packaging, tags, accompanied by a proof of purchase.
• The Sanjana’s Style Lab team holds the right to make decisions related to all Exchange/Return products.
•  Any item that is washed or altered will not be accepted by our team.
• At Sanjana’s Style Lab we DO NOT offer REFUNDS.
• Product should be returned within 7 days strictly.
• If for any reason you don’t choose another piece within a month the order would be cancelled and not extended further. And no refunds will be made in this case or extensions given.
• CUTOMIZED products are not eligible for Exchange or Returns.

Cancelation Policy

Sanjana’s Style Lab does not offer cancellation services once the order is placed and the payment is done. However, in an unforeseen circumstance you can contact our team and we will make sure to help you out!

Sanjana’s Style Lab also reserves the right to alter or modify our policies without any prior notice. We also hold the right to cancel your order at any given time, be rest assured we care for you and this will only be in an unforeseen circumstance.
